Shipping Destinations

VitalCore Science LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations at this time. All orders must include a valid U.S. shipping address.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated shipping date. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at info@vitalcorescience.com.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). The specific carrier for your order will be determined at the time of shipment.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after the order is processed.

    • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. You can use this information to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your shipping address, and the selected shipping method.

  • All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs do not include taxes or additional fees that may apply.

Title and Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed over to the carrier. VitalCore Science LLC is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or delayed by the carrier after shipment.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@vitalcorescience.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, subject to our Return Policy.

Undeliverable Packages

  • Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. VitalCore Science LLC is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or refused, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If you do not respond within 14 days, your order may be canceled, and no refund will be issued, per our Return Policy.

Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or products due to carrier restrictions. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local, state, or federal regulations. If an order cannot be shipped due to such restrictions, we will notify you and cancel the order, with no refund issued unless required by law.
